I believe that in order to perform your best you have to adequately fuel your body with the best nutrition. This is where my understanding of nutrition helps to improve a persons performance. Not only can you feel great from exercising but eating the right foods feels even better.
Everybody has different jobs, lifestyles and commitments which means that not everyone can train the same way. With everybody having individual goals, it means that people shouldn’t necessarily train the same way. Everyone needs to find a training and nutrition plan that suits their individual lifestyle. It is important to learn and understand how to incorporate flexibility into your training and nutrition regime.
My philosophy around nutrition is flexible food choices where it is not about eating less it is all about eating the right amount for me and my goals.
I have been on a long journey to find the healthiest me after battling mental illness. By speaking out about what life is like living with these conditions and providing tools on what has helped me get to where I am today through nutrition, exercise and other tools/skills developed over time I hope I can show people that there is light at the end of this hardship. Now I have control, I want to help others find it too.
I focus on slow, incremental lifestyle changes to assist in achieving better physical and mental health through nutrition and exercise.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
I take your goals seriously and understand that reaching your goals is challenging and I want to help you overcome hurdles to reach your goals.
My plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
Each client will have an individualised fitness and nutrition plan.
